Where do you ship products?

We are currently shipping orders only to the United States at this time. 



Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of this product, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. However, please contact us if there is an issue or comment regarding your order please email us at  [email protected].



Do you hand-make your product?

Yes! Each item is made by hand to perfection with care. We are also FDA-registered and approved to ensure the safest and best quality ingredients are in our products. 



Does your product contain nuts?

Yes! We utilize organic nuts and essential oil in all of our products. Please take the necessary precautions if you are allergic or gifting our product to someone who may be allergic to nuts.  



What should I do if my product arrives melted or separated? 

Due to different climates and atmospheres, it’s not unusual for your organic body butter to melt or separate. Upon receiving the product, shake it up and place it into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. It will return to its original consistency. DO NOT FREEZE.



Do you use natural ingredients? 

Absolutely! All of our ingredients contain imported organic nut butters with essential oils. 


How much is delivery and when can I expect my order?

We ship through USPS! The arrival and cost of your order depend on your shipping preferences. If you don’t receive your order within 3-5 business days, we recommend you track your package or file a claim with USPS.



My package was sent back to Heaven’s Gold. Can you send it again?

Absolutely! Contact us to verify address information and pay the re-shipping fee. 



My package says it arrived but I don’t see it. 

Be sure to check that it was delivered to you and not a neighbour. If you don’t see it, contact USPS and file a claim for your package. Once the package has been received by USPS, Heaven’s Gold cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.



Will Covid affect shipping? 

To make shipping smoother and more reliable, we are shipping orders regularly up to twice a day after purchase via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Expected delivery after shipping is dependent on USPS however if you do not receive your order within 3-5 business days- please contact us ASAP to get the tracking # on your item if one is not already provided
